Many homeowners find that when it’s time to replace the roof, it’s also time to check on attic insulation and the state of the gutters. All three elements need to be in good condition to provide adequate protection for the house. At Duval, we have our own seamless gutter machine and stock the equipment and materials for bringing insulation up to code. The homeowner gets fast service, doesn’t have to worry about weather interruptions, and avoids the headache of coordinating multiple contractors.
The ranch house in Wilmington, Massachusetts – featured in the slide show below – had a new roof installed, new gutters made to order and installed, and blown-in insulation added to the crawl space. And the job was completed in just one day!
We bring our own seamless gutter machine on a dedicated truck for jobs where gutters are requested. Our workers created the gutters to fit right on the job site.
Our custom made teflon tarps protect the house and landscaping during installation. As you can see in the photos below, these large, sturdy tarps collect the waste as we tear off the old roof. Made of the same material as bulletproof vests, our tarps can handle weight and sharp objects without tearing or punctures, which provides better protection for the landscaping.
Duval’s trucks also carry our own equipment and materials to add blown-in cellulose insulation. You can see our worker suited up with breathing mask and protective clothing in the slide show. This is a job best left to the professionals!
We take all waste away at the end of the day in our own dumpsters. Because of our experienced crews and use of satellite technology, each job is carefully planned for top efficiency and minimal waste of time or supplies. At Duval, we take great care to protect our customers property and leave a clean job site.
