Priority Response System
Despite our ability to occasionally work miracles, it is hard for our two small crews to be in multiple places at once. So during extreme weather events, when we receive many calls in a very short period of time, we operate under the following priority system for responding to requests for service.
Priority Response System
Our first priority is to our existing customers. Within this customer group, we will respond to reports of existing damage first and then to requests for snow removal.
In order to provide the best service as quickly as possible, please use our Roof Snow Removal Request form for service requests. By identifying our customers and their locations, we can more quickly see where we can deploy our crews for maximum effect.
We may have to confine service to certain towns in order to reach more of our customers more quickly.
When we contact you, we will work with you to assess the problem and to then determine if Duval Roofing is the right solution based on our availability.
With only two crews of 5 workers each, we may not be able to schedule a crew for your location in a time-frame that addresses your immediate needs. We do apologize in advance if we are unable to help, but want to assure our customers that we will respond in a timely manner so that you can make alternate plans if need be.
After responding to requests for service from existing customers, we will reply to general requests for roof snow removal and/or damage.
We will respond to service requests within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry based on the priorities above. In most cases, we have been able to respond to inquiries within a few hours, but the volume of inquiries changes with conditions. When we respond, we will let you know when and whether we will be able to provide service to you, given weather conditions and our schedule.
We reply to every inquiry we receive, but if we are not able to get back to you within 36 hours, you may wish to look elsewhere for help. We do not want you to delay receiving service if we are unable to meet your needs.
We hope that you will understand that under extreme weather conditions or due to the nature of certain problems, it may not be safe for us to service your roof. If that is the case, we will work with you to schedule a future date when conditions will allow us to fully examine your roof and provide a solution while protecting the safety of our crew.
