Duval Roofing was such a great experience. Hard working men. My husband got a few quotes from different roofers. Duval was the fairest. We were a little skeptical but we had many acquaintances that recommended them. We decided to hire them. To start off because we had to work around rain this spring thay got to us first chance they could and strove to get the job done. They husseled the whole time, everyone seem to work together as a team. I have a home business and they were so accommodating to my clients. I also have gardens. They were remarkable at their awareness and carefulness of all my plants. They picked up every paper, nail and shingle. Left my yard Better then before they arrived. Oh did I mention my roof looks fabulous. Thank you for all the extra effort.

So impressed and so grateful I called Duval Roofing. I had a leak in my roof and called for estimates from 3 separate companies. Kim at Duval was pleasant, informative and so calming when I was beginning to to lose my mind about my leaky roof. Ken and his staff were so helpful in explaining what my options were; the time frame they gave me was fair and accurate, and the job was perfect. I called for an estimate for my leaking roof and the owner gave me an estimate within a day. The crew was punctual and experienced, the foreman took the time to answer all of my questions, the job was really well priced and I was satisfied with the cleanup as well. My roof looks amazing. I had Duval Roofing give me an estamate on stripping and shingling my roof. Ken was very professional and described what would take place while they were there. Had my roof done a few weeks back by Duval. The guys that came out to do the job were very professional and completed the job in a very time efficant manner. It took them no longer than a day. Everyone was friendly and congenial too. After they were finished they did an impecable job with the clean up. My yard and gutters were clear of any shingles and all debri. It's been a good while since they completed my roof and it has both snowed and rained since and I haven't had a single leak. I would highly reccomend Duval if you need your roof done or repaired. There prices are great and their workmanship is even better! 5 Stars all the way!

We had our roof replaced recently. From the beginning of getting a quote, and working with the office for scheduling, it was done professionally and we were kept informed of any changes due to weather issues. The day of installation, a big crew of workers came early and by mid afternoon the job was completed. They finished the job on time, and cleaned up after the job was completed. The estimate that was provided with a presentation portfolio was very impressive. Ken obviously had done his homework with the detailed diagrams that were provided. The roof job was completed in one day with very little disruption. A safe door opening was always available through the course of the day that was monitored by the foreman in charge. Clean up was on par, and the roof looks great!

After researching and receiving several quotes to replace may aging roof, I contracted Duval Roofing of North Reading, MA to install the new roofing on my home. They installed a beautiful architectural roof on my home in one day. The crew that responded to do the roof was professional and respectful. At the completion of the job, I could not find one piece of the old roof anywhere on the property or any incidental damage caused to my property.
In the summer of 2010, I noticed a roof shingle that had lifted. I called Duval Roofing and my call was returned promptly by the owner’s wife. She said she would send out someone to look at the roof right away. The next day someone did respond to my home and much to my surprise it was the owner himself, Ken Duval. He checked the roof and found that a roof board under the shingle had lifted. He addressed the problem immediately and it was fixed. I was impressed with the fact of how honorable he was and his willingness to stand by his work. I often thought about having a 30-year roof installed on my home [and was concerned] if the roofing company would stand behind it.
